私たちSOYは、高山の小さなゲストハウスです。

世界各国から旅人が訪れ、ひと息つき、ここでの時間を楽しんでいます。

ここでの仕事は、ただの作業ではなく、

訪れる人・土地・日々の暮らしをつなぐ小さな営みです。

皿を洗い、部屋を整え、薪を割り、料理を手伝う。

そんなひとつひとつの手仕事の中に、

この場所の空気やリズムがあり、

世界中から来るゲストをお迎えするおもてなしがあります。

📌 ワークエクスチェンジ（滞在型スタッフ）

SOYの運営をお手伝いいただきながら、暮らしと仕事を体験できます🌿

・勤務時間：1日4〜5時間前後

・休日：週1日（応相談）

・内容：客室清掃、調理補助、薪割り・薪運び、簡単な修繕やDIYなど

・SOYから徒歩30分ほどの場所に個室をご用意（宿泊費無料）

✨Staff Recruitment Announcement✨

We’re looking for live-in staff to join our daily life at SOY.

We are a small guesthouse & café in Takayama, welcoming travelers from all over the world who come to pause, rest, and enjoy their time here.

Work at SOY is more than just tasks — it’s a small, meaningful part of connecting people, place, and everyday life.

Washing dishes, preparing rooms, chopping firewood, helping in the kitchen…

Within each of these hands-on tasks lies the rhythm and atmosphere of this place, and the spirit of hospitality for guests from around the world.

📌 Work Exchange (Live-in Staff)

Experience both living and working while helping with the day-to-day running of SOY 🌿

Working hours: around 4〜5hours per day

Days off: 1 per week (negotiable)

Duties: room cleaning, kitchen assistance, chopping/carrying firewood, simple repairs or DIY tasks

Private room provided about 20 minutes’ walk from SOY (no accommodation fee)

We welcome people who:

Can take initiative, think for themselves, and find what needs to be done

Want to learn about cooking

Enjoy hands-on work and DIY (chopping/carrying firewood, repairs, etc.)
